Aparna’s empathy for those with health problems led her to start helping them from a very young age. At 14, she donated her savings each year to help haemophiliacs, and realised she could make a difference. At 24, she started a charity, naming it after tiaras –the small crown worn by princesses. This name was chosen to help young children feel special and unique. After a decade, Tiara’s scope has expanded to ensure health equity for all children. Aparna holds two master’s degrees: one in Management from London and another in Public Health from the University of Liverpool. She is a Partner at AVM Productions.

A senior consultant in MGM Healthcare’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Gajaraj has over 35 years of experience in the field. Her areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics, pelvic endoscopy, and gynaec-oncology. Her services also include health checks for women, menopausal health, pre-marital counselling, PCOS treatment, obstetrics, and gynaecology. An ardent believer of educating women about health. Dr. Jaishree brings to Tiara her decades of valuable experience in medicine.
